REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
Eligible boats may enter by submitting the entry forms and payment received by the Beverly Yacht Club not later than 1800 on Thursday, September 13, 2012. Boats that register after this time will be accepted and charged an additional late fee of $100. Entry forms include:
- Registration Form with payment
- Regatta Waiver
- Sail Inventory printed out and signed
- Certificate of Compliance. Please note that this form will be accepted any time before Thursday September 20th.
The entry fee is $570.00 per boat, payable by check to Shields Fleet #10. Entry fee includes:
- Launching on Wednesday September 19th 1000 - 1400 and Hauling Saturday September 22nd 1400 – 1700 (also see Shields Mini-Regatta)
- Mooring/Rafting
- Launch Service
- Daily Continental Breakfast
- Five (5) Tickets Wednesday Night Dinner
- Five (5) Tickets Thursday Night Social sponsored by Harding Sails
- Five (5) Tickets Saturday Cookout and Awards
- Housing with local sailors on a best-effort basis.
The Regatta Dinner Friday night is an additional $35.00 per person. Additional event tickets may be purchased with registration.
